We could never get tired of photographing these two.
Cassianne and Dan like to smile. There aren’t many photos in this blog post or their full gallery that show them without huge smiles on their faces. That is what a wedding should be all about……a celebration of  how we are lucky enough to experience love.
We did their portraits by the tree where Dan proposed, and where they carved their initials after they got engaged. We were quickly reminded of how inspiring the chemistry between them is.
We both feel a range of emotions when we photograph a couple. It makes me think about some of the best days in my life. I also think about the future. Where will we all be 50 years from now? The photos I’m taking at that very moment will still be around. In that moment, I’m documenting the way Cassieanne is looking at Dan, and I am overwhelmed by knowing that 50 years from now, she will still be looking at him the same way.
Life can be challenging, difficult, and harsh sometimes, but little things, like the way you look at the people you love are what should be remembered.

This is soooo good. Your portraits for this wedding are amazing. That shot of the B&G walking together and she’s backlit and has this incredible light on her face, crazy good.
What a fantastic wedding – bursting at the seams with fun and laughter! Well done 🙂
These are all so beautiful and amazing!! I love all of the B&Ws, especially the one of the bride over the mirror and it’s glowing on her face, and where her ladies are bustling her dress.
Wow, that photo of her getting ready in black and white shot from the side is stunning! Love the set well done!
